  • Material : Carbon steel (hardness HRC 58 and higher)
  • Characteristics
    1. 1. Grease on embossing helps form an oil film layer to extend grease injection lead time (injection lead time: 250 hrs)
    2. 2. Pressing embossing line by line in the axial direction
    3. 3. Cost reduction by shortening manufacturing lead time than machining
    4. 4. Freely create embossed shape via plastic deformation
    5. 5. Applied to medium low and high load areas

How PEM (Pressing Embossing) BUSH Works

Multiple embossing formed on the inner circumference plays the role of grease reservoir.
Grease spreads widely during operation and forms a oil film layer between pin and bush operation to produce superior friction/abrasion function.
