Sintered Bushing

  • Development : TMC, completed in 2009
  • Material : Fe-Cu sintered body (minimum hardness: HRB 70)
  • Characteristics
    1. 1. Oil-less bush containing 20 vol% oil in air pores (Injection lead time: 50 days = 500 hours)
    2. 2. Consists of sintered alloy entirely. Can be molded up to 100mm in length depending on the stroke of the mold.
      For length longer than 100mm, applied additional bonding or divided partial molding technology for manufacturing.
  • Application cases : Used for the joints of medium and small sized model of company D as of 2016. Used for roller parts of H speical vehicle company.
